I’m pleased to announce that I’m again available for consulting engagements, focusing on helping clients develop their incident management capabilities using Slack.
I’ve spent the past 3+ years at Slack, building a world-class incident management program, which I talked about at SREcon21. Now that the program is in good shape and in good hands, I am moving on.
The two most rewarding aspects of my work at Slack were helping individual engineers develop their incident management skills, and helping Slack customers build their own incident management capabilities. I had a similar experience developing Google’s Incident Management at Google (IMAG) program.
