I recommend and suggest thunderbird as your GUI interface to send mail to your list.

Majorcool does not have a way of posting any messages. It's simply for maintaining the list of subscribers and the configuration files. If you want to send a message to the list, you need to use email. That can be done from the command line with the "mail" command, but make sure the user you're logged in as is a valid subscriber to the list (if the list is set up to only allow subscribers to post).
