Majorcool - How To

Apologizes for what maybe a dump question..

 

Maybe I'm missing something here.. but does the majorcool interface not come with a way to post a message to a list of subscribers? It was installed with the admin rights for testing. 

 

Is this possible from the command line as well? If so, what command is used? 

 

New to using listservs.
